Digital Content & Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage social media channels (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook), including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and analytics.
• Create marketing materials such as graphics, email newsletters, Reels, Tik Toks.
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on analytics.
• Manage paid advertising (Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Google Ads) as needed.
• Maintain and update our website with new events, artists, and announcements (Squarespace).
• Coordinate and manage photo/video assets for events.
• Podcast production.
• Course launch / promotion.
• Re‑brand launch assistance.
• Email marketing and list building.
• Produce and oversee visual content using Adobe Creative Suite and other tools.
• SEO.

• Experience in marketing, social media management, or entertainment promotion.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and content strategy.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple event campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Photography/videography experience is a plus.
• Passion for music, entertainment, and live events.
