A community support organization is seeking an Independent Contractor/Alternative Family Living Provider in the Kannapolis area to support adults with disabilities. As an AFL Provider, you will be responsible for developing service plans, supervising daily needs, and implementing community participation activities. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and preference will be given to those with one to two years of experience in the I/DD population.
This role is an Independent Contractor position that requires direct client support.
