ESS Clinical is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to join our team for Kannapolis City Schools. W2 Pay starting at $50/hr - 40/wk. No non‑competes in our contracts.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
• Valid NC teaching certification or licensure for Special Education
• Experience working as a Special Education Teacher (preferred but not required)

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, tailored to their unique learning styles and abilities.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students with disabilities in various academic subjects, social skills, and life skills, adapting teaching strategies to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with other educators, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress, adjust instructional approaches, and ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
