As a Front Desk Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will welcome employees and visitors, manage access check-ins, issue credentials, and monitor security-related systems and cameras. You will handle calls, document incidents, and coordinate with onsite teams to help to deter unwanted activity while delivering professional customer service.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service at the front desk by following Allied Universal site-specific procedures and security-related policies, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and directing employees and guests.

+ Control access to the manufacturing and industrial location by verifying identification, issuing temporary badges, maintaining visitor and vendor logs, and coordinating with on-site contacts for approvals.

+ Monitor security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control panels from the desk, documenting irregular activity and reporting concerns through the chain of command to help to deter unauthorized access.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating emergency response activities as directed by post orders and contacting appropriate internal and external resources.

+ Complete detailed written reports, incident documentation, and shift turnover notes, maintaining accurate records of security-related activities and communications.

* + Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ A guard card and/or security-related license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
