The Community Outreach & Participant Recruitment Manager leads outreach, recruitment, eligibility screening, and intake to ensure equitable access for eligible clean energy contractors in alignment with CEJA placement requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement outreach and recruitment strategies targeting equity investment eligible communities
- Conduct eligibility screening and participant intake
- Coordinate recruitment with Energy Transition Navigators and community partners
- Track recruitment metrics and placement compliance
- Experience in community outreach, recruitment, or workforce development
- Demonstrated ability to engage equity-focused populations
