Operate sifters, airlocks, rollers, and peripheral equipment to meet production run rates and customer specifications;
Perform hourly checks on equipment and flow rates to ensure optimal operation;
Follow food safety and quality programs, assisting in investigations and corrections of non-conformance issues;
Inspect and clean cyclones and bag filters hourly, and log magnet checks every 8 hours;
Complete all daily paperwork accurately and on time, and communicate equipment issues with production personnel
