- Coordinate participant intake, service sequencing, and training calendars
- Support staff supervision and internal coordination
- Manage contracts, vendors, and subcontractor logistics
- Maintain operational documentation and readiness for monitoring and audits
- Experience in program operations or project management within grant‑funded initiatives
- Strong organizational and systems management skills
