Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- 3+ years of experience working with Epic and/or Meditech EHR systems.
- Proven track record of implementing and optimizing EHR systems.
- Experience in healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and administrative processes.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clinical staff and IT teams.
- Experience in system configuration, data integration, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Understands hospital business operations and structure, general requirements in an integrated delivery system, and use of IT applications in the practicing healthcare environment.
- Open to travel when required.
- Epic proficiency in at least one module (ex. Clin Doc, Ambulatory, Orders).
- Meditech proficiency.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $58,240 to $87,000 on an annualized basis.
The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to skill set, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
