Job Location:

- Supervise a specific area of the store including:
Customer Service, Sales or Operations. - Promote customer satisfaction and provide the total solution while assisting customers with their buying decisions.
- Provide support to the store management team; perform manager-on-duty functions; responsible for opening and closing the store.
- Observe, coach and provide feedback to associates on their use of the 5-Step Selling Process.
- Achieve departmental and store-established goals for planned sales and profit.
- Provide input and feedback for performance appraisals and assist with the delivery as well as developmental feedback to the associate.
- Participate in interviewing and selection of newly hired associates within the Department Manager’s area of responsibility.
- Formal education or equivalent work experience to perform essential functions.
- Minimum of three (3) years related experience.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
