Position: Temp - LVNLPN - Home Health (Days) Kneohe HI
Performs procedures which require specialized training for general nursing care and related services for assigned patients, under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Medical Doctor (MD), in accordance with established policy. Participates in the planning for and provision of patient care. Uses knowledge of asepsis in performance of treatments, such as sterile dressings, irritations and cauterizations. Provides functional direction to ancillary personnel.
Requirement description :

• 1+ year Home Health experience - REQUIRED
• Travel experience - REQUIRED
• Active and clear Driver's license and Car Insurance - REQUIRED
• Hawaii license - REQUIRED
• Homecare Home Base and OASIS - REQUIRED
• COVID and FLU vaccination - REQUIRED - will not accept declinations
• Arrhythmia certification - Preferred
• Mileage reimbursed at .43 cents per mile (lower than IRS established rate)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• BLS

• Hawaii

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements :
Rotating Weekends as needed (2-3 per month)
On Call Requirements :
