Job Opportunity – Home Health Registered Nurse – Hawaii

Start Date: February 3, 2026
Location: Kaneohe, Hawaii
Compensation: $88/hour – Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Full-time with rotating weekends (2-3 per month); 6 on-call shifts per month as needed, including weekends

Highlights:

• Provide exceptional patient care through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Serve as liaison between patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers to optimize outcomes
• Focus on complex patient populations including frequent ED utilizers, chronic pain, substance abuse, and homeless patients
• Lead coordination of interdisciplinary care plans and ensure appropriateness of resource utilization
• Coverage area includes communities across central Oahu
• Mileage reimbursement provided at $0.43 per mile

Requirements:

• Active Hawaii RN license (compact not accepted; plan to arrive early for in-person license processing)
• 2+ years of nursing experience required
• Minimum 6 months of Home Health experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Proficiency with Homecare Home Base and OASIS documentation systems
• Active driver's license, personal vehicle, and current auto insurance required
• Current COVID and Flu vaccinations required (declinations not accepted)
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Case Management experience preferred
