Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Territory Manager role based in Kamloops, BC. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing an assigned sales territory, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, creating and implementing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to support client needs.
Qualifications- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Proficiency in market research, business development, and strategic planning
- Knowledge or experience in industries such as agriculture, construction, forestry, rail, or related fields is an asset
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales territory
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a sales or management role is an advantage
