Territory Manager

Our client, a well-established national provider of essential environmental and operational services is seeking a Territory Manager to drive business growth across the Kamloops region. This is a highly autonomous field sales role focused on new business development, relationship building, and market expansion.

This position is ideal for an entrepreneurial sales professional who enjoys managing a territory, building local relationships, and owning the full sales cycle.

• Develop and grow business within the Kamloops region
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Travel within the territory to meet clients and prospects
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Maintain sales activity and pipeline within CRM
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strong customer outcomes

• 3–4+ years of B2B sales experience
• Strong self-management and territory planning skills
• Proven track record of generating new business
• Excellent communication and relationship building ability
• Ability to work independently in a field environment
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
