Asan Auto Retention Associate,you will be at the forefront of our sales team, driving growth and delivering top-notch serviceto our clients.
Working in our vibrant callcenter, you will handle a high volume of calls,assistingpotential clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met promptly and effectively. This role is ideal for someone who is self-managing, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
What you will bring to our team-
A proventrack recordin sales, preferably in the insurance industry
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-oriented mindset
Experience working in a callcentreenvironment
High energy and enthusiasm with a competitive drive
Self-starter who can manage their own time and workload effectively
Goal-oriented with a relentless pursuit of success
Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Level 1 General Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
A day in the life -
Proactivelyidentifyand pursuenew salesopportunities through inbound and outbound calls
Develop andmaintainstrong client relationships over the phone
Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
Handle a high volume of sales activities with a sense of urgency
Navigate and resolve client issues with innovative problem-solving
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Stayup-to-datewith industry trends and product knowledge
Salary Expectations
Thecompensationfor this position is a variable compensation structure,ie., base salary plus commission. As such, the total compensation earned will vary depending on the successful candidate’s book of business at a particular time. The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000. The total compensation will beimpactedby factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line,scopeand level.
