Sales Associate – Kapuskasing, Ontario

Preparing quotes, receiving and organizing inventory, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily store operations in our new location.

Applicants must have retail experience, be fluent in English and French, and be comfortable using Shopify, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities: preparing surfaces, cutting and setting tiles, applying grout, and working with decorative finishes such as mosaic and stone.

Qualifications:

2–3 years of experience, own tools, vehicle, and a valid driver’s license. Physical requirement: work is physically demanding.

Looking for experience with tile installation, precision cutting, and creating high‑quality finishes.

• Understanding and analyzing project blueprints and plans
• Assessing job sites to determine the cost of projects

Engage with customers to understand needs and recommend flooring options. Provide product expertise, prepare accurate quotes, close sales effectively, build and maintain client relationships, take site measurements, place orders with vendors, and manage the job.

Minimum 2 years experience, proven track record in flooring sales, and passion for helping clients.
