Junior Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities- Support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining company standards, and motivating the team.
- Train team members in customer support and sales techniques, ensuring familiarity with product features.
- Provide a warm welcome to customers and assist them in finding products.
- Coordinate store activities and tasks with the management team.
- Keep the store running smoothly and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Achieve personal sales goals with support from training.
- Mobilize the team to create a positive work environment and foster excellence.
- Recruit, prepare and train new employees, and source suitable candidates.
- Manage team members’ absences and lateness.
- Bring the brand culture to life on the job and serve as an inspiring role model.
- Create an attractive store layout based on planograms, monitor competition, and keep visual displays up to date.
- Help plan orders and maintain store and back‑store appearance.
- Analyze sales, traffic and productivity reports and share results with the team.
- Open and close the store, and follow policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
- Previous team‑management experience in a retail environment.
- Passion for clothing that celebrates feminine feel‑good (lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear).
- Natural leader who knows how to motivate a team.
- Strong communication skills, sociable, and a team player.
- Attentive to the needs of customers and staff.
- Goal‑oriented, proactive, and conscientious.
- Ready for a career with continuous challenges.
