Assistant Store Leader; Assistant Manager

We are hiring immediately for a Retail Assistant Manager with supervisory experience. The role offers full-time hours, training to deliver excellent customer service, and valuable management and leadership experience with competitive pay.

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
• Support the implementation of merchandising and marketing programs.
• Assist in driving a strong store performance, including cash handling and promoting the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures; ensure products are in-stock.
• Maintain effective communication and intrapersonal skills to support the team and customers.

• Ability to lead and train staff, with prior supervisory or management experience in retail.
• Demonstrated strength in maintaining high retention by developing leaders, empowering employees, and driving productivity.
• Ability to facilitate merchandising and marketing programs; proficiency with basic computer tasks (prefer Microsoft Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required if candidate has at least one year of retail management experience.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence and ongoing automobile liability insurance.
• Ability to multi-task, perform bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
