Team Member Position Overview

As a Team Member
, you'll be the face of Firehouse Subs, ensuring each guest receives top‑notch service and delicious subs. You’ll work closely with your team to maintain our high standards and uphold our mission of supporting public safety.

• Greet and serve guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Accurately prepare and assemble food orders to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen.
• Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage cash accurately.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Be able to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Shift Leader/GM.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and follow operational procedures.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Compensation: $17.85 - $21.00 per hour
