Siwash Lake is inviting an experienced fly fishing angler to join us for our upcoming guest season and beyond. We’re seeking guides who love teaching their craft, and are passionate about sharing the amazing art of fly fishing with people from around the world. We pride ourselves on creating unforgettable guest experiences, and always going above and beyond through our service excellence.

In this نب role, you will guide high-end international clientele through the resort’s on-site fly fishing program. This will include leading casting lessons, offsite lake and river expeditions, and basic fly tying lessons.

The ideal candidate will be able to guide multiple resort activities, and is specialized in at least one of the following: marksmanship, archery, bushcraft, or other outdoor activities.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Avid fly fisherman with a passion for sharing their craft with others
  • At least two years of related guiding or instructing experience preferred
  • Possess social skills required for serving a high-end, discerning clientele
  • Comfortable with children
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to abide by the resort’s established systems and sustainability best practices
  • Clear communicator, adept at listening
  • Mentally prepared to relocate and live in a remote wilderness environment
  • Passionate about the outdoors, sustainability, and excellent service
  • Must be safety and detail oriented
  • High school diploma
  • Current certifications for First-Aid
  • 20-25
