Pinnacle Lifestyles is seeking Grounds & Maintenance Team Members to join our team at Revelstoke RV & Cabin Resort for the summer camping season. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the look, safety, and functionality of the resort—helping ensure every guest arrives to a clean, well‑kept, and welcoming environment.
As a Maintenance & Grounds Team Member, you’ll work hands‑on across the property, supporting daily operations through landscaping, facility upkeep, site preparation, and general maintenance, while being part of a collaborative resort team.
This is a seasonal position running from April/May to October
, with full‑time and part‑time opportunities available. As a summer resort, weekend and holiday availability is required.
Grounds & Property Care
- Maintain resort grounds, amenities, and common areas to Pinnacle standards
- Complete daily site clean‑ups following guest departures
- Perform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, raking, sod work, and weed control
- Water and maintain trees, shrubs, plants, and flower beds as required
- Remove garbage and litter from sites and common areas
Facilities & Maintenance
- Assist with general property improvements including basic repairs and painting
- Perform regular cleaning and upkeep of onsite washroom facilities
- Help ensure buildings, roads, sites, equipment, and amenities are safe, functional, and operating efficiently
- Identify, address, and report maintenance issues in a timely manner
Guest & Team Support
- Respond to guest needs professionally and efficiently when encountered onsite
- Communicate in a friendly, respectful manner to support Pinnacle Lifestyles’ commitment to exceptional guest experiences
- Work collaboratively with resort management and other departments to support smooth daily operations
General
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Use tools and equipment responsibly
- Other duties as assigned
- 2+ years of experience in general maintenance, landscaping, horticulture, construction, or skilled trades preferred
- Experience using small engine equipment such as lawn mower, chainsaw, leaf blower, etc.
- Previous campground or resort experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills
- Dependable, adaptable, and team‑oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using basic technology
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for the outdoors and pride in maintaining high standards
