Salary: $32.84 to $41.35 per hour (to be negotiated) – 40 hours per week

Start date:

As soon as possible

• Administer medications
• Apply aseptic techniques, including sterile dressing
• Conduct specimen collection
• Ensure infection control
• Monitor nutritional intake
• Take vital signs
• Monitor patients’ progress, evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and consult with appropriate members of the healthcare team

• Education:
  
  College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
• Experience:
  
  Experience an asset
• Area of specialization:
  Geriatrics
• Licensure:
  Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work
