We’re looking for Production Employees to join our Heffley Creek Division, located in Kamloops, British Columbia
. With approximately employees, Heffley Creek produces plywood and veneer products, safely and sustainably while producing approximately million square feet of plywood and million square feet of veneer per yearfor customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities.
Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.Demonstrated commitment to working safely.Attention to detail
.Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.Strong communication & interpersonal skills
.Strong problem-solving skills

In this role you will:
Work independently as part of a team dedicated to safely and efficiently producing lumber products.Perform a variety of labour and production duties around the mill supporting the production of our plywood products.Do general clean-up activities such as sweeping, keeping equipment clean, etc.As part of these activities, you will be required to stand long periods of time, frequently twist and bend while working on the production line.Perform most of your work indoors but may be exposed to both hot and cold temperatures from time to time.Be required and able to work on one of the following shifts:Rotating shift schedule that changes every two weeks, based on the following schedule:Day shift - 7:am to 3:pmEvening shift - 3:pm to :amWeekend ShiftsGraveyard Shifts :pm-7:am.So, what’s in it for you?
