• Bridge between craftsmen and management to maximize output and manage daily operations
• Oversee prefab production workflows from drawings to finished assemblies
• Play a key role in our long‑term planning and overall operational success
• Work collectively to improve shop/workflow systems, processes and policies

You will possess a background in project and people planning, as well as shop management.

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills in varied settings
• Minimum 4-year experience in Carpentry and/or Timber Framing, including affiliated certifications (red seal, journeyperson, or international equivalents).
• Shop Lead, Crew Management or Foreman level experience.
• A full range of skill from all facets of residential and commercial construction
• Experience with mentoring junior carpenters
• Strong communication skills with teammates, clientele and consultants
• Experience with shop production
• Creative problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity or aptitude with CAD and computer skills
