An Indigenous-led Family Services Organization in Merritt is seeking a Mental Wellness Clinical Manager to provide leadership in culturally grounded mental health services. This role will oversee program development, ensure compliance with cultural and legislative standards, and maintain a small clinical caseload. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree and at least three to five years of relevant leadership experience, with a strong commitment to integrating Indigenous knowledge and practices in all service areas.
