Compensation: $20 – $22/ hour (full-time / permanent)
Be the calm after the storm. Join a passionate team that helps people rebuild their lives after disaster strikes. As a Cleaner / Packer, you’ll play a hands‑on role in restoring personal and commercial belongings with precision, empathy, and care.
Key Responsibilities- Pack, catalog, and clean contents from disaster-affected areas
- Perform pre/post-construction and structural cleaning
- Clean fabrics, textiles, and various surfaces
- Use Encircle Restoration Software for inventory
- Cross training in demolition and painting and other departments
- Work locally and out of town
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Physically fit, capable of heavy lifting and safety-conscious
- Tech‑savvy (comfortable using apps/software)
- Capable of working locally and out of town
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
- Clear criminal record
- English proficiency, written and spoken
Experience in professional cleaning, moving services, or textile care is considered an asset and can contribute to success in this role. Strong customer service skills required.

Disasters can strike at any time so a rotating schedule of 24/7 after hours on-call work is a requirement.
