Pinnacle Lifestyles is looking for Guest Experience Team Members to join our team at Revelstoke RV & Cabin Resort
for the summer campingseason. This role blends guest services and housekeeping, offering a hands‑on,engaging position where no two days look the same.
As a Guest Experience Team Member, you’ll be a key part of our onsiteteam—welcoming guests, supporting resort operations, keeping accommodations andcommon areas looking their best, and helping create the warm, relaxedatmosphere that keeps guests coming back year after year.
This is a seasonal position running from April/May to September
, with both full-time and part‑time opportunities
available. As a summer resort, weekend and holiday availability is required.
You’ll split your time between guest-facing andbehind‑the‑scenes responsibilities, making this a perfect role for someone whoenjoys staying active, meeting new people, and taking pride in their work.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Greet guests upon arrival and deliver a friendly, efficientcheck‑in experience,
- Manage reservations online, by phone, and in person in a fast‑paced environment
- Assist with camp store operations, including product sales,daily cash‑out procedures, float counts, and monthly inventory
- Share information about resort amenities, services, andlocal attractions
- Encourage re‑bookings, Google reviews, and completion ofpost‑stay surveys
- Support group bookings, long weekend activities, and resortevents
- Clean and prepare cabins, washrooms, and common areas to Pinnacle standards
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks throughout the resortas needed
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment across sharedguest spaces
- Work collaboratively with the resort team to ensure smoothturnovers during busy periods
- 4+ year customer service experience, including POS use,
- Previoushospitality, resort, or housekeeping experience is an asset,
- Friendly,professional, and guest-focused attitude,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems, including reservation platforms (Newbook) and point‑of‑sale systems (Lightspeed),
- Comfortable with cash handling,
- Reliable,adaptable, and ability to switch between tasks throughout the day,
- Physicallyable to be on your feet for extended periods,
- A genuinelove for the outdoors and resort life.
