A provincial government agency in Kamloops is seeking a Dispatch Lead to manage emergency response for wildfire situations. This role involves supervising dispatchers, delivering training, and leading a team during high-pressure situations. The ideal candidate must have a Grade 12 education and at least 2 years of related emergency response experience. This temporary full-time position may extend or become permanent.
