Our Ideal Candidate

We seek a British Columbia Land Surveyor in Training to join our Kamloops office. You will work under the mentorship of our Land Surveyors to develop professionally.

A Day in the Life
  • Conduct legal surveys for property boundaries and natural or human-made features
  • Prepare and maintain drawings, official plans, records, and documents
  • Perform topographic, hydrographic, construction layout, "as-built," and deformation surveys
  • Perform other surveying duties as required

We have purchased new Trimble gear, so you'll work with top-of-the-line equipment!

What You’ll Bring
  • Geomatics Degree or Diploma
  • Certificate of Completion from the Canadian Board of Examiners for Professional Surveyors (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in legal or construction surveying (asset)
  • Experience with Civil 3D or survey processing software (asset)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Dependability and ability to travel for work
  • Willingness to learn and contribute
  • Valid driver’s license
