This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Manager at Delta Hotels by Marriott, located in Kamloops, BC. The Front Desk Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth guest check-in and check-out processes. Responsibilities include managing receptionist duties, handling reservations, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction, and managing communication between guests and internal staff.

The role requires maintaining a high level of professionalism and creating a welcoming environment for guests.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff
• Experience with handling Reservations and using reservation systems/software
• Strong organizational and leadership skills are highly desirable
• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role is an asset
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required, including weekends and holidays
