Are you an experienced and results‑driven Project Coordinator with a passion for commercial and residential construction? Our client is looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join their team and take on a pivotal role in supporting their current project in Revelstoke

This role is well suited to someone who takes initiative, stays organized under pressure, and is motivated to contribute meaningfully to the successful delivery of projects. You will play a key role in keeping projects on track, supporting site operations, and ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the build process.
Responsibilities:- Assist the Project Manager and site team with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Support the development and tracking of project timelines and milestones
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and internal resources to keep projects moving forward
- Help prepare and review project estimates and budgets
- Track project costs and assist with budget reporting
- Monitor project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
- Identify potential project risks and escalate issues to the Project Manager
- Support quality control processes and ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications
- Assist with project close‑out documentation and handover to the client
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator
- Experience supporting commercial, multifamily, or residential construction projects
- Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Salary range: $70,000 - $95,000 (flexible based on experience)
