The Drive Ahead
Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance according to OEM standardsAccurately complete multi-point inspections and recommend required servicesWork closely with Service Advisors to ensure clear and effective communication with customersComplete repair orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanshipConduct post-repair test drives and quality control checksMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupport the team through collaboration and mentorshipPerformance Essentials
Red Seal Certified Automotive Technician (Journeyman)Proven experience in diagnostics, electrical, and mechanical systemsHigh attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first timeAbility to manage multiple priorities in a busy, team-based shop environmentProficiency with diagnostic equipment, repair software, and OEM toolsValid driver’s license with a clean abstractFull-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week), with flexible scheduling to support work-life balanceBannister Accessories
