Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Office Administrator located in Surrey, BC. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, operating office equipment, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and maintaining effective communication. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing office records, and ensuring seamless office operations.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Experience in operating and maintaining Office Equipment
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools is desirable
- Knowledge of Canadian immigration processes and procedures is an asset
- Diploma or degree in Office Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred
