Streamline is seeking a Sales Adminstrator to join us and become part of the Streamline family in Kamloops, BC
.

  • Competitive Compensation $60,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience

  • Full-time, on-site position - 40 hrs/week;
    Monday to Friday, overtime may be required

Major Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and on time
  • Reconcile accounts and perform monthly software billing
  • Process Customer Payments
  • Review Accounts Receivable and follow up on overdue accounts
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, customer databases, and sales records
  • Coordinate with sales representatives, finance, and customer support teams
  • Arrange order shipping
  • Monitor order status and resolve issues related to deliveries or billing
  • Assist with contract preparation and documentation management
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product or service information
  • Verify and process vendor invoices for approval and payment
  • Organize meetings, presentations, and sales materials
  • Reception duties Field telephone, in person and email enquiries and resolve or forward to appropriate person for resolution.
  • Ensure office is appropriately stocked and maintained
  • Other Duties as required
Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of administrative or sales support experience
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Office tools such as Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Experience using CRM or ERP systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Time management and deadline adherence
