Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Preschool Centre Manager for our Kalyan location. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the preschool, including staff management, curriculum implementation, and ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment for children. The Centre Manager will also handle parent communication, enrollment processes, and maintain compliance with policies and standards while promoting the philosophy of The Learning Curve India.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage staff and daily operations effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with parents and staff members
Experience in early childhood education and curriculum management
Ability to foster a safe, educational, and nurturing environment for children
Customer service orientation to ensure parent satisfaction and support enrollment processes
Proficiency in basic computer applications to facilitate administrative tasks
A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred
Prior experience in preschool management or a leadership role in childcare settings is an advantage
