We are seeking a career-minded Assistant Retail Manager to join our Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport retail leadership team. This role partners with a team of managers across multiple airport locations, leading with collaboration, operational excellence, and a genuine passion for serving both guests and team members. We are seeking an Asst. Retail Manager to work with our Bozeman International Airport's Retail Team.
Key Responsibilities- Model, train, and ensure exquisite customer service and salesmanship
- Assist the rest of your team to meet and exceed sales and margin goals
- Creatively develop sales
- Merchandise and use effective displays for sales floor and store windows with the direction of a manager
- Regularly refresh store layouts with the direction of the location manager
- Assists in training and coaching staff formally and informally using our company training principles
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment
- Provide complete and accurate information.
- Identify and fix technical errors
- Identify and correct any problem that interferes with an associate’s ability to efficiently do their job and/or provide customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate and helpful feedback and communication to all managers, associates, support staff, etc.
- Work collaboratively with other managers to accomplish company objectives
- Be a dynamic leader and coach
- Experience in both Retail is required
- Gold Standard model of company customer service with sales and Handbook values
- Have great communication skills
