You will handle administrative duties, organize property listings, and facilitate communication between clients and colleagues. Responsibilities- Complete PLACE Launch and Buyer/Listing Certifications, and Web Lead Conversion Certification
- Implement weekly PLACE lead generation systems
- Consult with buyers, secure signed agreements, and identify suitable homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of clients
- Track tasks using PLACE Technology
- Conduct 1-2 open houses per month
- Convert prospecting efforts into appointments
- Practice scripts according to team standards
- Participate in team activities and training sessions
- Engage in coaching and continuous learning
- Assist sellers, convert leads into listings, and market homes effectively
- Apply expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and listing services
We seek a motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. You should have:
- A valid real estate license
- At least 2 years of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills and time management abilities
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
