• 12 Hour Variable Shifts
• Shift Times:
  • 06:30 – 19:00
  • 18:30 – 07:00
• Weekend rotation as needed to balance the schedule
• No call required

Traveler Requirements

• Traveler with 1 year experience accepted
• First-time traveler possible with LTC or SNF experience

• Geriatrics
• Post-acute Med/Surg

TCU (Transitional Care Unit)

• Patients discharge to home, hospice, or LTC
• Similar to inpatient rehab setting

• BLS

RN / LPN

• Medication administration
• Wound care
• IV skills
• Catheter care
• Suctioning

• EMR: Meditech, Caretracker
• IV Pumps: Yes
• Medication Dispensing: Pyxis
• Monitors: None

• Possible between TCU and LTC

• Scrub Color: Navy Blue
