We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced Primary Care Walk-In Clinic team. In this role, you’ll primarily be working in our Walk-In Clinic and work alongside Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and LPNs to deliver high-quality patient care to individuals of all ages—from infants to seniors.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about triage, hands-on nursing care, and collaboration within a skilled medical team.

• Triage & Patient Assessment: Evaluate walk-in patients upon check-in, identify concerning symptoms, and elevate care as appropriate.

• Nursing Care: Perform IV insertions, phlebotomy, catheter care, injections, and Point-of-Care testing; assist in imaging setup.

• Clinic Flow Support: Room patients, assist providers, and direct patients to the ER when necessary.

  Work closely with 3–4 providers per day to ensure efficient, coordinated patient care.

• Patient Volume Management: Support a high-volume clinic (50–100 patients daily) with efficiency and professionalism.

• Team Contribution: Collaborate with medical assistants and fellow nurses to maintain a smooth, patient-centered workflow.

• Current Montana RN License or multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing in Montana; required.

• Current HCP CPR certification required.

• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience preferred.

• ACLS and PALS certifications may be required in certain departments; must be obtained within six (6) months of hire if applicable.
• Excellent organizational and critical-thinking skills; ability to prioritize and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software systems as needed.

Day Shift - 10 Hours (United States of America)

Full-time, 40 hours per week. This position will work four, 10‑hour shifts per week typically between 7:30/8 a.m.

- around 6 p.m. Monday - Friday. Days of the week could vary.

This position will also participate in weekend shift rotation, typically 1 weekend per month.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
