Night Shift – 8 Hours | Full-Time – 40 Hours

Position Details
  • $2.25/hour Night Shift Differential Pay

At Logan Health, our Operating Room nurses are essential partners in delivering safe, high-quality surgical care. As an RN Surgery Circulator
, you’ll play a critical role in patient advocacy, surgical coordination, and team-based care – supporting patients through some of their most vulnerable moments while collaborating with skilled surgeons, anesthesia providers, and fellow perioperative professionals.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process.

  • Maintain high standards of patient safety and infection control in accordance with policy and procedure.

  • Accurately transcribe and implement verbal and written provider orders
    .

  • Monitor, assess, and report changes in patients’ physical and mental condition
    .

  • Anticipate patient needs and coordinate timely interventions during surgical procedures.

  • Document all patient encounters clearly and thoroughly in accordance with organizational standards.

  • Provide education and support to patients and families regarding surgical care and recovery.

  • Remain calm and effective during changing workloads, prioritizing care and seeking assistance when appropriate.

  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes.

  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance as scheduled by department leadership.

Required Qualifications
  • Current Montana RN license or multi-state compact license with authorization to practice in Montana.

  • 1+ year(s) of RN experience in a similar medical setting (hospital, clinic, or physician office).

  • Healthcare Provider CPR and/or BLS certification, as required by service line.

  • Strong working knowledge of:

    • Professional nursing theory and standards of practice

    • Medical terminology

    • Infection control procedures and universal precautions

    • HIPAA and patient confidentiality regulations

    • OSHA rules and regulations

  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and prioritization skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism and diplomacy.

  • Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.

Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN degree

  • 2+ years of RN experience in a similar medical setting (hospital, clinic, or physician office).

  • Prior experience in the Operating Room or surgical services
    .

  • Additional certifications relevant to perioperative nursing or assigned specialty area.
