Position Overview:

• Shift: 12-hour nights (1830–0700)
• Facility: 110-bed Long-Term Care (LTC) & Transitional Care Unit (TCU)
• Patient Population:
  Geriatrics, post-acute med/surg
• Floating:
  Required between LTC and TCU
• Orientation: 1–2 shifts

Patient Ratios:

• LTC: 1:38 nights
• TCU: 1:15 nights

Requirements:

• LPN license
• BLS certification
• 1+ year experience preferred (first-time travelers considered with LTC/SNF background)
• Strong IV skills and general nursing competencies (wound care, tube feedings, drains, central line care, TPN)
