Position Overview:
- Shift: 12-hour nights (1830–0700)
- Facility: 110-bed Long-Term Care (LTC) & Transitional Care Unit (TCU)
- Patient Population:
Geriatrics, post-acute med/surg - Floating:
Required between LTC and TCU - Orientation: 1–2 shifts
Patient Ratios:
- LTC: 1:38 nights
- TCU: 1:15 nights
Requirements:
- LPN license
- BLS certification
- 1+ year experience preferred (first-time travelers considered with LTC/SNF background)
- Strong IV skills and general nursing competencies (wound care, tube feedings, drains, central line care, TPN)
