Logan Health Medical Center has an opportunity for a Seasonal RN to join their team on night shift!
Why Choose the Seasonal RN Opportunity in the ICU? This is a unique opportunity to advance your nursing career with a full-time commitment for 13 weeks in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment. As a Seasonal RN in our ICU, you ll care for critically ill patients with life-threatening conditions such as sepsis, multi-organ failure, ARDS, and complex post-operative complications. You ll also work with advanced life-support systems, including ventilators, CRRT, and ECMO, while gaining invaluable experience managing patients with acute trauma, advanced cardiac care, and neurocritical conditions.

SeasonalPosition Details
Full-time work schedule required for no less than 13-week period
15% Premium (Seasonal Premium)
Additional night and weekend shift differential pay

Open Heart experience is a plus for this position
Provide advanced, patient-centered care to the most critically ill individuals using your clinical expertise and critical thinking skills.
Collaborate with a highly skilled interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes and ensure patient safety.
Support and educate patients families during highly stressful and emotional situations, acting as a vital resource for understanding treatment plans.
Respond rapidly and effectively to deteriorating patient conditions in a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, ensuring the highest standard of care for critically ill patients.

You are a skilled, detail-oriented nurse who thrives in a challenging, high-pressure environment. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU or critical care unit is required, ensuring you are prepared for the demands of this specialized role.

QualificationsCurrent Montana RN license or a multi state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required. BSN degree preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in similar position.
Open Heart nursing experience is preferred.
Possess knowledge of professional nursing theory, medical terminology and principles of professional nursing practice to administer and evaluate patient care.
