Manufacturing - Sheet Metal Fabricator – Entry

Our Client, a Energy Services company, is looking for a Manufacturing - Sheet Metal Fabricator – Entry for their Kalispell, MT location.

• A Poly Shop Plastic Fabricator cuts, shapes, bends, welds, and assembles plastic parts from sheets, rods, and tubes according to blueprints, using tools like saws, routers, welders, and measuring devices (calipers, micrometers) to meet precise specifications for products like tanks, prototypes, or components, ensuring quality and safety in the process.
• Fabrication & Assembly:
  Cut, trim, bend, drill, and shape plastic materials using hand and power tools (saws, routers, welders).
• Blueprint Interpretation:
  Read and follow engineering drawings, work orders, and Bill of Materials (BOM) to understand project requirements.
• Quality Control:
  Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to verify dimensions and inspect finished parts for accuracy and defects.
• Finishing:
  Perform tasks like cleaning, deburring, and flame polishing plastic components.
• Machine Operation:
  Operate various machinery, potentially including CNC routers, ovens, and specialized plastic welding/forming equipment.
• Safety & Documentation:
  Adhere to shop safety rules, wear PPE, and maintain accurate records of work performed.

• Attention to detail.
