Concrete Foreman

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all daily crew activities to maximize productivity and quality
• Perform work safely and take action to prevent any and all unsafe actions or behaviors
• Daily coordination with team members, sub‑contractors, trucking and suppliers
• Utilization of HCSS Heavy Job to track daily quantities, use of production reports and daily timecards
• Ability to communicate with project managers/estimators and engineers as needed
• Understanding of plans and specifications – ADA, slope and grade

• Minimum of 5 years of concrete experience
• Valid driver’s license; a CDL is preferred
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, push, pull and be on your feet for long periods of time
• Assure all safety procedures are followed
• Ability to work flexible shifts which include days, nights, and some weekends
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening and background check
