We are actively seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Project Manager to join our dynamic team at GL Solutions. As a Project Manager, you play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing the successful implementation of our regulatory licensing software solutions for our clients. You will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Lead and manage complex regulatory licensing software implementation projects, adhering to best project management practices.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement corrective actions utilizing GL Solutions processes.
• Coordinate with cross-disciplined team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Submit project deliverables and ensure that they adhere to quality standards.
• Perform risk assessment and develop response strategies.
• Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information in a clear and organized manner.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management and clients.
• Establish/execute effective project communication plans.
• Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables.
• Foster strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Manage customer satisfaction within the project transition period.

• Proven experience in enterprise software project management, with a track record of successful project deliveries
• PMI or other relevant project management certifications
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Strong organizational skills and unwavering attention to detail
• A dedication to quality, excellence, and unwavering customer satisfaction
