• Unit Information:
  • Beds: 12 Pediatric/PICU beds. 12 NICU beds
  • Minimum Years of Experience required? 2 years of inpatient clinical experience in Pediatric Acute Care AND NICU setting
  • Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes, but travel experience preferred
• Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
  • GI issues, failure to thrive, feeding issues, anemia, inadequate weight gain, prematurity, TPN in pediatrics, feeding tube requirements/Enteral Nutrition, hypoglycemia/diabetes, respiratory issues, RSV
• Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.)
  • BLS
  • RD or RDN
  • BS or advanced degree
  • Montana Nutritionist License
  • CNSC or other applicable certification preferred
• Skills required:
  • Inpatient experience, NICU experience, NICU measurements, NFPE/malnutrition assessment, familiarity with infant formulas, oral supplements, breast milk fortification
• Technology/Equipment:
  • EMR:
    Meditech (experience preferred)
  • Volt messaging app and Microsoft technology
  • Unit specific equipment:
    Crib Notes for NICU (experience preferred)
• Floating:
  If yes, where?
  • Could float to cover other inpatient units if working with adults
