Position Summary: The Vocational Rehab Service Coordinator is responsible for cultivating and managing new and existing community relationships with referral sources such as community agencies and programs to promote and market the services/programs of Addus by conducting community educational presentations and attending meetings.
Location: A-Plus Health Care 1310 S Main Street Kalispell, MT 59901
Schedule: In Office Monday through Friday 40 hours a week
