Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our compounding team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in both sterile and non-sterile environments, with a strong commitment to accuracy, cleanliness, and adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounded medications according to prescription orders, standard operating procedures and Montana and federal law.
- Maintain proper documentation in compliance with USP , , and regulations.
- Ensure cleanliness and aseptic conditions in sterile compounding areas (cleanroom, laminar flow hoods).
- Accurately weigh, measure, and mix ingredients using calibrated equipment.
- Package and label finished products with a high degree of precision.
- Assist in inventory control, ordering, and restocking of compounding supplies.
- Support pharmacists in daily operations and uphold a high standard of patient care and safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Montana Pharmacy Technician License in good standing (or ability to obtain before start date).
- National certification (CPhT).
- Previous experience in compounding (sterile and/or non-sterile) highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to aseptic technique.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player.
