• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles, enhancing forecast accuracy using historical results
• Collaborate with offshore finance teams for accurate reporting submissions and expense coding
• Perform variance analysis and prepare departmental P&Ls for department leaders
• Assist in headcount planning and tracking open roles for capacity planning
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automate reporting workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5–9 years of combined accounting and/or finance experience
• Strong month-end close experience, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with ERP or BI tools preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information with high ethical standards

• Experience supporting process improvements, reporting automation, or system enhancements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
