Northern Rockies Anesthesia Consultants is an all-MD anesthesiology practice that has proudly provided all anesthesia care at Logan Health in Kalispell, Montana for 18 years. Due to upcoming retirements and expanding coverage needs, we are seeking additional partner-track anesthesiologists to join our tight-knit, collaborative team.

What We Offer:

• Independent, physician-led group with a collegial, supportive culture
• All-MD practice no medically directing CRNAs or AAs
• 21 full-time anesthesiologists, 10 part-time anesthesiologists, and 3 4 dedicated anesthesia technicians

• Dedicated pediatric and cardiac anesthesia teams who also share in the general work pool
• Routine pediatric cases are available to all anesthesiologists
• Production-based income, fairly distributed using a blended unit value derived from group production and our income guarantee

• All call is taken from home
• First call approximately every 14th night, with a guaranteed post-call day off
• Second call approximately every 14th night
• Active call market allows you to choose between more time off or higher earning potential
