A&E + SMA Design is seeking an Architectural Senior Project Manager to provide strategic leadership, mentor teams, and نامهdelivery of high-quality architectural projects in Kalispell, Montana. This role is ideal for an experienced architectural professional who thrives at the intersection of design excellence, technical rigor, and client leadership. The Senior Project Manager will take ownership of multiple projects and guide project teams while upholding A&E + SMA Design’s standards of quality, collaboration, and innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Master’s Degree preferred
• Architectural licensure preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience in architectural practice, with significant project management leadership
• Proven experience managing complex commercial, institutional, public, or mixed‑use projects
• Demonstrated success leading projects from concept through construction administration
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
• Exceptional organizational, scheduling, and budget management skills
• Established ability to lead client relationships and contribute to business development efforts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to mentor junior staff and lead multi‑disciplinary design teams
• Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and most importantly time‑management capabilities
• High level of professionalism, accountability, and design integrity
• Familiarity with PSMJ project management practices a plus
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, or possess a valid U.S. work visa
